These terms are subject to Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchase Act, Marketing Act and Personal Data Act.
We are committed to providing accurate information about our products, including prices, product descriptions and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
All prices are stated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

The risk for the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the specified address. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act § 22-30.

Products must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. Products must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received them. You cover the costs of returning the products.
We will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received notice of your decision to withdraw.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery, for hygienic reasons or health protection.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain if the product is defective. The complaint period is 2 years from the time of purchase for consumer purchases.
A defect exists if the product does not conform to the characteristics the buyer had reason to expect, based on product description, marketing or other information provided by the seller.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Contact us at info@purenorwaywater.com with a description of the defect and documentation (photos, receipt).
In case of defect, you have the right to demand correction (repair) or re-delivery. If this is not possible or involves unreasonable costs for us, you can demand a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. You may also be entitled to compensation for losses you have suffered.
All intellectual property rights to content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphic design and software, are owned by Pure Norway Water AS or our licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not have the right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit the content without our written consent.
